In some months reduced prices are possible for longtermrentals.

From November to February (except 23 December to approx. 7 January)

we offer for Short breaks and Retreats for individuals from 200,- €/week;

in this case it might be that both kitchen and living room will be shared between

two parties.

Friends and relatives only for expences. Group s(tenting) and

workshops according to agreement.

Special offers:

Staying 2 weeks and more- 10 % ;

Staying 3 weeks and more -12% ;

Organic Farmers - 15 % ;

Extras:

Tenting per week and per person: 50 €

Animals: 5,- to 10,-€ per day

Shopping-service: 8 €

Brunch-buffet per person: 14,50 €; children 4-10 years: 6 €

SUPPERCLUB und SWIM AND DINE :

Dinner prices according to aggreement and amount.

Swim and Dine: Prices of the day.

Cooking with: Karl 35 €, incl wine; children 4-10 years: 10€

Bookings longer than 5 days a 30% deposit is due with the booking.

Cancellation

We beg your pardon, as a small family business we need the

full payment of the booking period. We suggest a cancellation-insurence.

The fpllowing things might cost extra money:

- breakages and damage to the villla and contents, furniture, bikes etc

- for towels, that were used for cleaning shoes or other abuse!

- excessive consumption of electricity, i.e. through air-conditioning or heating with

open windows

- (please advise us on the first day of any damage or irregularities

   that you might notice on arrival)
